The Shipping costs are on a destination based “Flat Rate”.

Free to the UK.
£22.95 to Europe. That’s Boxed* and FULLY INSURED.
£27.95 to the U.S. & Canada. Again, Boxed* and Fully insured.
£44.95 to most of the Rest of the World, including Singapore, China, Hong Kong and 14 other countries.
£49.95 to Mexico, Australia and New Zealand.
ALL, Boxed* and FULLY INSURED

*For Totes and Business Cases etc.
(Small orders are not boxed)

At the checkout, first you will input your email address, then you will see the shipping pop up automatically as you fill out your shipping address.

If you have any questions about shipping, or your country does not show as an option, please drop me a message. If a courier goes there, I can ship there!

Import and Tax Charges

Please be aware that, depending on your location, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges.

These charges are set by your country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. They may need to be paid before your order can be delivered.

As with every bag I ship, I track your order closely and do everything I can to make sure it reaches you safely. I do not relax until your bag is made, shipped, and delivered.

Unfortunately, customs charges are part of the reality of international shipping. I hope you can stick with me, and that receiving an Ancoats bag, custom made with heart and soul in every stitch, outweighs the extra steps sometimes needed to get it to your door.
